Expansion Plans Revealed for RidgeGate in Lone Tree

RidgeGate, the massive master-planned real estate project located in Lone Tree, is set to add more residential units and retail sites. Currently home to 6,000 residents, RidgeGate has even more exciting developments in store for its community.

Coventry Development has several projects planned for RidgeGate by 2025:

– A King Soopers and fuel center spanning over 123,000 square feet will begin construction this year. The retail center will also feature an additional 30,000 square feet of shop space.
– Century Living is already underway with site work on their luxury apartment complex that will offer a total of 340 units at market-rate prices. This development is expected to open in mid-2026 and will be located on the east side of RidgeGate Village Center.
– In May of this year, Experience Senior Living Development plans to unveil The Reserve at Lone Tree – a nine-story building featuring luxurious senior living options including independent apartments (125), assisted apartments (60), and memory care units (24).
– Construction has also begun on an affordable senior housing project within the RidgeGate Village Center. Koelbel & Co.’s tax credit approved development consists of 101 units and is projected for completion in May of 2026.
