"Expansion of Star Metals District to Include Hotel, Retail, and Apartments"

The developers of the Star Metals District in Atlanta are planning to expand their successful West Midtown project. Allen Morris Co. and partner Animal have announced that they will be moving forward with the next phases, which will add a total of 1.5 million square feet to the district’s existing apartment and office buildings.

One of these new phases includes a residential tower called Stella, which is currently under construction. The remaining phases will bring an additional 800 residential units, 100,000 square feet of retail space, and 200 hotel rooms to the district.

If demand continues to rise for this popular area, there may even be potential for more office space in future developments. Currently at Star Metals District’s office building is already at an impressive occupancy rate of 97%.

According to reports from Atlanta Business Chronicle , this final phase marks the completion of this ambitious project on its over three-acre site located just south from Star Metal Offices – home to notable tenants such as daily fantasy sports operator PrizePicks . This land was acquired several years ago and is bordered by Howell Mill Road on one side while being surrounded by Edgehill Avenue , Bellingrath Avenue ,and Eleventh Street .
