On Tuesday, Kimco Realty announced the addition of 14 new tenants in seven shopping centers located in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. These properties are owned and operated by Kimco, a leading company specializing in open-air shopping centers anchored by grocery stores and mixed-use developments.
The new leases include Milano Nail Spa at Whittwood Town Center in Whittier; Thermal Horizons at Granary Square in Valencia; Movita Juice Bar and Mogn Nails at La Mirada Theater Center in La Mirada; Burlington and Mokkoji Shabu Shabu at Plaza Di Northridgein Northridge; Better Edu USA, Central Orange County Optometry, Chef Chuan, Omomo Tea Shoppe,and Tustin Power Stationat Larwin Squarein Tustin; Crumbl Cookies, In-N-Out Burger,and Crunch Fitnessat Anaheim Plaza,in Anaheim ;and Chick-fil-Aand H Martat Pavilions Placein Westminster. The lease for H Mart will be the largest among these additions with a total area of 114,290 square feet.
All of these new tenants have either already opened or are expected to open by the third quarter of 2025. This announcement follows other recent additions made by Kimco across its managed properties throughout the United States.
