Mill Creek Residential is expanding the already vast 152-acre Gabriela Pointe Commerce Center in Gilbert. The company has its sights set on a 13-acre plot of land to construct new apartments, restaurants, and retail spaces near the intersection of Higley and Elona Drive.
According to reports from the Phoenix Business Journal, plans for the apartment complex include five main residential buildings, two carriage units, and surface parking. The westernmost building will house amenities such as a fitness center, coffee shop, and leasing office. Final details regarding commercial space size, number of apartment units available,and building heights are still being determined.
The project team for this development includes Kephart as architect; Colliers Engineering & Design as civil engineer;and Burch & Cracchiolo providing legal services for zoning and entitlements.Michelon Family AZ Land is listed as owner of the land.
