"Expansion of Frisco Domain by Cowboy Owner"

Jerry Jones, owner of the Dallas Cowboys, has announced plans for a new mixed-use development at The Star in Frisco. This project is set to include 158 urban living units, a hotel, marquee sign, two parking garages and two office buildings on the northwest corner of Dallas Parkway and Warren Parkway. According to reports from the Dallas Business Journal, this development will be known as “Frisco Multi-Event Center Addition.”

The proposed site for this project covers 11.9 acres and is currently being used as a parking lot next to The Star – an existing mixed-use development that serves as the headquarters for the Cowboys.

Since its opening in 2016 at 9 Cowboys Way, The Star has been a major contributor to Frisco’s economic growth. It not only serves as the practice facility for the Dallas Cowboys but also houses other billion-dollar projects such as Firefly Park,
Frisco Railhead,and
The Mix and Fields – which currently hosts both PGA of America Headquarters and Omni PGA Frisco Resort with over 500 rooms.
