"Expansion of Dallas Mixed-Use Developments: Goldenrod's Newest Additions"

Two mixed-use projects are planned for development at the 2800 block of West Seventh and the 3000 block of Morton Street. According to reports from the Dallas Business Journal, both properties have been cleared but construction has not yet begun. The first project is expected to start in spring next year.

The Van Zandt (pictured) will feature approximately 13,000 square feet of retail space, 100,000 square feet of office space and a total of 226 apartments. Meanwhile, One University will offer around115,000 square feet of office space along with242 apartments and a luxury hotel called The Tycoon under Marriott’s Autograph Collection brand. These two projects are estimated to cost over $400 million in investments.

A spokesperson for the company stated that they will announce their tenants once construction begins.

According to their website,the company focuses on markets that are less affected by fluctuations in the overall US real estate market,and can maintain stability even during unfavorable national trends.
