Ashburn Crossing is conveniently located just 25 miles west of Washington D.C., with easy access to various business amenities as well as shopping, entertainment and dining options.
Currently employing around 450 people , CIS Secure leases two other spaces within Ashburn Crossing – one at21100 Ashburn Crossing Drive (45,120 sq ft) and another at21050AshburnCrossingDrive(20 ,520sqft). The new lease for an additional space totaling45 ,120squarefeetat21140Ashbur nCrossingDriveisexpectedtobeginlaterthisyear.Thisnewspaceisa single-story flex/R&D building that will further expand CIS Secure’s operations in the area.
