"Expansion of Baltimore Industrial Practice by Cushman & Wakefield"

Cushman & Wakefield has strengthened its Baltimore industrial practice with the addition of two new team members, Steele Stanwick as Director and Ben Caffey as Senior Research Analyst.

Stanwick will be joining an established industrial brokerage team, focusing on providing support to investor and occupier clients. Meanwhile, Caffey will work closely with the team to lead the firm’s local industrial research platform.

According to Kevin Brant, Director of Brokerage for Cushman & Wakefield’s Mid-Atlantic region: “The Baltimore-Washington Corridor continues to show great potential for growth in the industrial sector. With Steele and Ben on board, we are confident that our capabilities and service delivery will be greatly enhanced.”

Stanwick brings nearly five years of experience in commercial real estate specializing in office and industrial sectors. He previously worked at KLNB where he represented landlords and tenants within the Baltimore/Columbia corridor. On the other hand, Caffey has over ten years of experience in commercial real estate market research and data analysis. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was part of JLL’s team.
