"Expansion of Aritzia's Occupancy at 560 Broadway in SoHo"

Aritzia, a popular Canadian fashion retailer, has recently opened a new flagship boutique in SoHo at 560 Broadway. The company has also signed an extension on their lease and acquired additional space within the building. Details of the lease agreement have not been disclosed.

Representatives from GFP Real Estate, including Neith Stone, Donna Vogel, and Jeffrey Gural worked with Aritzia’s representatives Ariel Schuster and Jason Wecker from Newmark to negotiate the deal. According to Stone: “Aritzia’s decision to expand within 560 Broadway is a testament to its prime location and ability to attract top retailers.” This expansion demonstrates Aritzia’s confidence in SoHo as a thriving retail destination.

In preparation for its opening at 560 Broadway, Aritzia supported extensive renovations including new escalators and updates on the ground floor. Originally built in 1884 by architect Thomas Stent in neo-Grecian style, this six-story boutique office building spans over 175 square feet in SoHo’s historic cast-iron district.
