**Mark IV Capital Expands Victory Logistics District in Fernley**

Mark IV Capital has commenced work on the second phase of Victory Logistics District, a 4,300-acre industrial development in Fernley, Nevada. To date, nearly 2 million square feet of Class A distribution space has been completed as part of this multi-phase project.

Phase II focuses on $120 million in infrastructure upgrades, providing access and utilities to the next 1,600 acres of land. These upgrades will enable the development of industrial, manufacturing, and data center projects. Previous progress at the site includes the construction of the first building and mass grading of over 400 acres.

This phase will include:

– Grading of 600 acres, unlocking approximately 1,600 acres for future development
– Newly developed land designed to support multiple hyperscale data center campuses

With these enhancements, Victory Logistics District continues to position itself as a major hub for industrial and data center expansion in the region.
