Kennedy Wilson Brokerage recently facilitated a 15-year lease for La Petite Baleen Swim School at 600 Raley’s Towne Centre in Rohnert Park. The landlord, Argonaut Investments LLC, was represented by VP Matt Krupp and managing director Bruce Carlson.
According to Krupp, the swim school strategically chose Rohnert Park as their next location due to its prime location in the North Bay. This deal was unique as it required a specific build-out with enough space for an indoor pool within a retail setting. As a result of this transaction, our team successfully relocated a national tenant. We are thrilled to see such success from this family-run business taking advantage of this opportunity.
