The Feil Organization has announced the expansion of MarcumAsia’s headquarters at 7 Penn Plaza, increasing their space by 8,851 square feet for a total of 14,870 square feet over the next decade. Located near Madison Square Garden and spanning across 18 stories with a total area of 357,000 square feet, this building is home to various financial and technology tenants.
According to Andrew Wiener, Head of Commercial Leasing at The Feil Organization: “MarcumAsia’s second expansion at our property this year demonstrates our dedication to supporting tenant growth by providing customized spaces that foster ongoing success.” Representing MarcumAsia was Steve Kaplan from Norman Bobrow & Company while in-house representatives Andrew Wiener and David Turino negotiated on behalf of The Feil Organization with an asking rent rate set at $65 per square foot.
