Primoris Services Corp., a leading communications infrastructure company, is set to expand its operations in Texas. The company, based in Balch Springs near Dallas, has announced plans for an 80,000-square-foot warehouse with an additional 20,000 square feet of office space. This will be Primoris’ third operations center in North Texas.
According to the Dallas Business Journal, construction on the warehouse is expected to be completed by July 2024 and the office build-out by October of that year. The project is estimated to cost around $9 million.
The building design will be handled by O’Brien Architects while Rockport Construction Group from Plano will serve as general contractor.
Primoris’ Future Infrastructure division specializes in providing maintenance, repair and installation services for various industries including telecommunications utilities and transportation. With this expansion into Texas underway, Primoris continues its growth as a leader in the communications infrastructure sector.
