Global design firm Populous is expanding its presence in New York City by more than doubling its office space at The Starrett-Lehigh Building in West Chelsea. The company, known for designing world-renowned sports and entertainment destinations such as Yankee Stadium and Wembley Stadium, originally leased space at the building in 2019 but has now chosen to expand due to its rapid growth and need for additional team members.
The newly leased 10,158 square feet on the 14th floor will feature workstations, social workspaces, conference rooms, and private offices. This expansion reflects Populous’ commitment to providing a comfortable and collaborative workspace for their employees while also accommodating their increasing demand.
