The renowned Paul Taylor Dance Company has recently announced its relocation to the 307 West 38th Street Tower in Midtown, following a successful agreement with George Comfort & Sons. The new headquarters will span over 31,000 square feet across two floors and will feature an expanded space for the company’s offices, studio, and educational wing – the Taylor School. This move is set to take place in early 2025.
Leading real estate agent Jeffrey Rosenblatt of Lincoln Property Company represented Paul Taylor Dance Company while Peter S. Duncan, Matthew Coudert and Alexander Bermingham of George Comfort & Sons handled negotiations internally.
According to John Tomlinson, executive director of the Paul Taylor Dance Foundation: “This planned expansion showcases our dedication towards dance education as well as providing our exceptional dancers with state-of-the-art studios that can support their work with both established choreographers and performances of Paul Taylor’s unmatched repertoire.”
