1st Century Bank, a division of MidFirst Bank based in Los Angeles, is making its way into the San Diego market. Leading this expansion is Jason Shidler and his team of experienced banking professionals who have recently joined 1st Century Bank from First Republic Bank.

Shidler has been appointed as SVP and senior managing director at 1st Century Bank. He brings with him a specialized team that focuses on commercial and industrial lending, commercial real estate, not-for-profit lending, and private wealth management for high-net-worth individuals and their businesses.
