"Expanding Houston Warehouse Portfolio: The Triten Addition"

Triten Real Estate Partners has announced plans to develop a new industrial complex in North Houston. The two-building project will cover 392,650 square feet and sit on a recently acquired 25-acre site at the intersection of FM 1960 and Kenswick Drive. This prime location offers convenient access to major highways such as Beltway 8, I-45, and George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).

Construction for the FM 1960 distribution center is set to begin in the first quarter of 2025, with an expected completion date of Fall 2025. This acquisition follows Triten’s recent groundbreaking for another distribution center in North Houston located on McKay Road off Will Clayton Parkway. The new facility will cover an area of approximately171,000 square feet and is designed specifically for mid-size tenants. It will feature multiple speculative offices, ample dedicated trailer parking spaces, secured truck courts,and twice the number of dock-high doors compared to industry standards.

Construction at McKay Road is scheduled to be finished by Summer2025.This latest addition further expands Triten’s warehouse portfolio inHouston as they continue their growth strategy within this submarket.
