JLL has successfully arranged a lease renewal and expansion for BGR Group at the Homer Building in Washington, DC’s East End. The bipartisan government and public affairs firm has signed a lease for over 40,000 square feet at this prime location. As part of its $25 million renovation plan, the Homer Building will feature new amenities such as a two-story board room, an indoor glass enclosure on the roof terrace, and an expanded fitness center with a renovated pickleball court.
The transaction was facilitated by JLL’s team of experts including Evan Behr, Doug Mueller, Jeanette Ko Kristen Mathis,and Meghan Murray who represented Mitsui Fudosan America. On the other hand,Ttranswestern’s John Schlegel and John Lugar represented BGR.
