Cresa’s New Jersey office has recently moved to a new location at 301 Route 17 North in Rutherford, NJ. This move marks a significant expansion for the company, doubling its previous space. The relocation coincides with the addition of two senior brokers, Garrett Rioux and Dennis W. McConnell, who have joined Cresa’s team of managing principals led by Dennis Gralla and Jonathan Marks.
According to Gralla, “In recent years we have experienced substantial growth from three employees to twelve and have welcomed highly respected professionals with expertise in various asset categories such as industrial office spaces, life sciences facilities and healthcare properties.” This growth has not only resulted in increased transactions but also attracted top talent.
With an increasing market share and portfolio business success over the past 25 years operating in New Jersey , Cresa plans on expanding its occupier-focused team even further by 2024. The company offers advisory services along with transactional support across all major submarkets through their leadership team including Gralla and Marks.
