Global Courier Express (GCE) has signed two new lease agreements totaling 160,277 square feet at Kearny Point Industrial Park in Kearny, New Jersey. The leases cover properties at 20 Basin Drive and 205 Campus Drive, both owned by Hugo Neu.
GCE offers express courier services as well as warehousing and freight services for its clients. As part of the expansion process GCE committed to 96,375 square feet at 205 Campus Drive and 63,902 square feet at 20 Basin Drive while relocating operations from Linden NJ.
Kearny Point Industrial Park provides modern industrial facilities in a strategic location between Jersey City and Newark with access to major highways nearby making it an ideal spot for businesses like GCE who rely on efficient transportation networks. The CBRE team of Kevin Dudley , Nicholas Klacik , Chad Hillyer ,and Kate Granahan led the leasing campaign representing ownership during negotiations while Jimo Liu with Avison Young represented GCE .
This expansion marks another milestone for Global Courier Express as they continue their growth throughout New Jersey .
