Exhibit and Display Maker Moves to North Side: Relocation of Operations

DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International Vice President Terry Lynch and SVN Chicago industrial representative Sean Sloan represented building owner Knox Avenue Realty LLC in leasing 45,621 square feet at 4350 Knox Ave. on Chicago’s North Side to Phoenix Fabricators LLC dba Boomerang Exhibits for their relocation of operations from the city’s Southwest Side.

Lynch noted that the tenant was attracted to this property due its freestanding nature and immediate access to I-90/94, making it a great location with convenient transportation options including CTA Blue Line, Metra Milwaukee District North Line, O’Hare International Airport and major interstate highways. This marks the third transaction on this block of Knox Avenue in as many years for Lynch’s team. Vestian Global Workplace’s Chris McKone and Becca Lundstrom represented the tenant in this deal.
