Torrington Properties has recently signed a long-term lease extension with Peak Achievement Athletics at 100 Domain Drive in Exeter, New Hampshire. This strategic move secures Bauer Hockey’s global headquarters and reaffirms the company’s commitment to investing in the state.
Peak, which is the parent company of Bauer Hockey, Cascade and Maverik Lacrosse, will now occupy 51,630 square feet for their sports equipment brands. With this expansion comes an influx of top-tier talent to live and work in New Hampshire – a development that Governor Chris Sununu believes will greatly benefit the local economy.
The acquisition of 100 Domain by Torrington Properties was completed for $46.9 million in 2022. The Class A building spans over 263,000 square feet and is set to undergo upgrades aimed at enhancing its aesthetics as well as expanding its fitness center. Additionally, Lexie’s café will be introduced on-site.
