Nexus Development has announced plans to construct a luxurious senior living community in Uptown Dallas. The upscale 20-story tower, named Vivante at Turtle Creek and located at 2505 Turtle Creek Blvd, will feature a total of 164 assisted living units and 29 memory care units. Additionally, the building will have two levels of underground parking.
According to reports from the Dallas Business Journal, construction for this approximately 375,000-square-foot project is estimated to cost around $150 million and is expected to be completed by early 2027.
The assisted living units will range in size from approximately1,000 square feet up to3 ,000 square feet. Each unit will include full kitchens as well as balconies or patios for residents’ enjoyment. The memory care units are part of a secure community within Vivante called The Shores that caters specifically towards individuals with dementia. Residents can choose between shared or private room options.
In addition to these residential offerings,Vivante at Turtle Creek also boasts an array of amenities such as a library,movie theater,and chauffeured Mercedes transportation services.Additionally,a large ballroom,a beauty salon,and yoga/Pilates studio are all included in this high-end senior living community’s design.HKS Inc.is responsible for designing the development while Andres Construction serves as its general contractor.
