Intown Golf Club has secured a lease for 14,075 square feet at Four Oaks Place, a premier Class A office campus in the heart of Uptown Houston spanning over 2.3 million square feet. The exclusive club will occupy the entire building owned by Nuveen located at 1415 South Post Oak Lane.
According to Michael Williamson of Intown, there is a growing need for accessible golf options and innovative ways to experience the sport in cities across America. With all the amenities typically found at traditional outdoor courses but conveniently indoors, Intown aims to meet this demand.
Scheduled to open in summer 2025, Intown can accommodate more than 200 guests and is currently accepting membership applications. The social club will offer an extensive food and beverage program as well as state-of-the-art features such as an indoor putting green, eight simulator bays with Trackman Technology, men’s and women’s locker rooms,a covered patio,and an expansive outdoor area complete with its own putting green.
Transwestern’s Crystal Allen and Paula Musa are marketing the remaining retail space on Four Oaks Place campus – a second generation space measuring approximately7 ,468 square feet – which presents businesses with one last opportunity to join this prestigious location.
