The proposed floor plan boasts an array of room sizes and amenities such as a spa, gym, coworking space, arcade, restaurant and bar. Additionally, the hotel will feature rooftop facilities and a pool area.
According to reports from the Orlando Business Journal , this new development is planned to be built on just over four acres at 13651 S. Apopka Vineland Road in unincorporated Orange County. This location offers stunning views of Lake Bryan and is conveniently located only one mile east of Disney Springs.
