**Exalt Health Begins Construction on Three $30 Million Rehabilitation Hospitals in Florida**

Construction has commenced on three new $30 million rehabilitation hospitals across Florida. The projects, located in Wellen Park, Daytona Beach, and Orange Park, are being developed by Catamount|Freese Johnson in collaboration with Exalt Health. The company is a provider of post-acute rehabilitation services with operations in Florida, Texas, and Arizona.

Each facility will feature 40 beds and offer specialized recovery programs for neurological, orthopedic, and cardiac conditions. Patients will also have access to comprehensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.

Construction on all three hospitals is scheduled to begin in the coming weeks. The Orange Park location is set to open in early 2026, with facilities in Wellen Park and Daytona Beach expected to follow in mid-2026.
