Colt McCoy, a former University of Texas and NFL quarterback, has joined real estate firm HPI as the head of their new Fort Worth office. This move is a natural fit for McCoy, who has been connected to HPI through his brother Case’s role as partner in the company’s Tenant Advisory platform.
After an impressive college career and 14 years in the NFL, McCoy is ready to settle down. HPI was established in 1992 with just four employees and one million square feet under management. Today, it boasts over 200 employees across Austin, Dallas,Houston,San Antonio,and Fort Worth offices serving nearly 900 clients with a portfolio spanning almost 30 million square feet.
