**Former Nashville Credit Union Headquarters Hits the Market for $15M**
Avison Young has been retained by Cornerstone Financial Credit Union to market a prime 1.32-acre development site located at 1701 21st Avenue in Nashville. The property includes a four-story, 30,359-square-foot office building and more than an acre of parking lot and vacant land. The site is listed for sale at $15 million.
The listing is being handled by Jordan Powell of Avison Young’s Capital Markets Group, in collaboration with Lisa Maki and Mike Jacobs.
Serving as the credit union’s headquarters for over 40 years, the building will be delivered vacant, offering a range of value-add and redevelopment opportunities. According to Avison Young, a future owner could choose to renovate the existing office structure to attract new tenants, pursue a new mixed-use development, or utilize a combination of strategies.
“Given the substantial parcel size and existing quality office building already on site, we see this as an opportunity for a multi-phase development where retail or multifamily can be developed adjacent to the existing office building,” said Jordan Powell.
