EverWest Real Estate Investors has acquired 21.1 acres and two new, fully speculative state-of-the-art distribution buildings in Rex, GA. The property is located at 9485 Highway 42 North and fronts the highway with quick access to I-675, I-75, I-285 and the Atlanta airport. It includes two Class A industrial distribution buildings totaling 268,400 square feet situated on a large site zoned for light industrial use.
The buildings feature 32 foot clear height ceilings with LED lighting as well as ESFR sprinklers; wide columns; 72 dock high doors; four drive in doors in rear load configuration; 200 foot building depths above market dock ratios plus various storefronts providing flexibility for single or multiple tenants.
