Everhome Suites Expands National Footprint with New Openings and Groundbreakings
Everhome Suites, the midscale extended stay brand from Choice Hotels International, Inc., is continuing its nationwide expansion with the recent opening of six new properties and groundbreaking ceremonies for three additional locations in Texas, Oregon, and Ohio.
The brand, based in Maryland, is gaining strong momentum across Texas, alongside new developments in Salem, Oregon, and Yuma, Arizona. These developments underscore Everhome Suites’ ongoing success in meeting the growing demand for purpose-built, extended stay accommodations throughout the United States.
Currently, Choice Hotels has 14 Everhome Suites locations open, with another 19 under construction and more than 60 additional properties in the development pipeline. The brand is on pace to operate nearly 25 hotels by the end of the year.
“From Texas and Arizona to Oregon and Ohio, we’re seeing strong developer interest in Everhome Suites and consistent demand for midscale extended stay accommodations,” said Ron Burgett, Senior Vice President of Extended Stay Development at Choice Hotels. The newest properties, as well as those under construction, were developed in partnership with Highside Companies, a longtime collaborator of Choice Hotels.
