Located across from the Oaks Mall in Gainesville, Evergreen-Residential has recently begun construction on their latest project, Evergreen Westside. This 240-unit apartment complex will offer residents a prime location with access to a variety of dining, shopping and entertainment options as well as regular community events.
The development was initially planned for commercial use but after negotiations by Evergreen-Residential, the site will now be populated with apartment dwellers. The complex consists of five four-story buildings offering studio to three-bedroom apartments. In addition to this, there will also be a 3,400-square-foot clubhouse and a 2,300-square-foot fitness building situated on opposite sides of the shared pool.
FK Architecture is responsible for designing this impressive project which promises to bring new life into the Gainesville area.
