**Event Venue Company Acquires Vista Industrial Property for New Headquarters**
JLL has successfully closed the sale of a 9,294-square-foot freestanding industrial building located at 1210 Distribution Way in Vista, California. The property was purchased for $3.1 million by Trademark Venues, an event venue company that plans to relocate its corporate headquarters and warehouse operations from Bonsall to this new location in the first quarter of 2026.
Chris Baumgart of JLL represented the seller, Sun Ventures, LLC, while the buyer was represented by Billy Long of Balboa Real Estate.
“Q4 2025 was one of the most active owner-user quarters we have seen in North San Diego County in some time,” said Baumgart. “This sale, along with several other transactions currently in escrow, highlights the continued demand from business owners investing in long-term facilities for their operations. Stabilizing interest rates and improving economic fundamentals are supporting this momentum.”
The transaction signals a strong and sustained interest by owner-users in North San Diego County’s industrial real estate market.
