**Event Management Firm Expands Footprint at The Crosby in SoHo**

POSH Group Inc., an event management and promotion company, is significantly expanding its operations at The Crosby, a luxury office building in SoHo developed by KPG Funds. The company has signed a lease that nearly doubles its existing office space at 40 Crosby Street to a total of 22,637 square feet.

“POSH Group’s expansion at The Crosby is a testament to their continued success and ambition,” said Greg Kraut, co-founder and CEO of KPG Funds. “This move not only strengthens POSH Group’s presence in SoHo but also reinforces the demand for premium office spaces that inspire innovation and foster success.”

The Crosby is a five-story office property encompassing 70,493 square feet. It includes 34,229 square feet of Class A office space and 18,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. POSH currently occupies the building’s entire fourth floor, totaling 11,201 square feet, and will now add the third floor, which comprises an additional 11,436 square feet.

This expansion highlights both POSH Group’s growth and the continued attraction of modern offices in one of Manhattan’s most vibrant neighborhoods.
