Colliers arranged a 165,171-square-foot lease for electric vehicle manufacturer Harbinger Motors Inc. in Garden Grove. The industrial team of Clyde Stauff and Jace Gan from Colliers represented the landlord Rexford Industrial who leased out the manufacturing and distribution facility at 12821 Knott Street.
Harbinger Motors will specialize in custom designing electric light and medium-duty delivery vehicles to customers’ specifications. To accommodate their growing business needs, the building will undergo extensive upfit including approximately 40,000 square feet of office space as well as engineering space. Prior to this move, Harbinger Motors was located in Gardena.
Stauff commented on this significant win for Orange County and City of Garden Grove stating “Harbinger will employ over 160 people in technical design engineering jobs which is sure to bolster both the economy as well as labor pool within this growing market”
This news marks an important milestone for Orange County with an EV manufacturer leasing a large property that is set to create numerous job opportunities across various fields such as technical design engineering roles
