Ethos Development, in partnership with Transcending Hope and Monta Knudson Consulting, has been granted unanimous approval by the Washington County Board of Commissioners for an $8.15 million grant. This significant funding will support the creation and operation of 39 stabilization housing units designed to assist high-acuity individuals.
In response to a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) released by Washington County Health and Housing Services in July, Transcending Hope joined forces with Ethos Development and Monta Knudson Consulting to submit a comprehensive proposal that addresses the pressing need for affordable housing in the community.
With their extensive experience in various types of housing projects, including trauma-informed sober living and stabilization units, Ethos Development is well-equipped to ensure cost-effective designs that cater specifically to residents’ needs. The three-story wood-framed development is expected to be completed within 18-24 months from now.
