### Ethos Commercial Advisors Secures Financing for Eastport Plaza Acquisition

**Portland, OR** – Ethos Commercial Advisors has successfully arranged acquisition financing for Eastport Plaza, a 275,518-square-foot neighborhood shopping center located in Portland’s Jade District.

Anchored by major retailers such as Ross, LA Fitness, Dollar Tree, and a Regal movie theater, the property also features a mix of national and local tenants. Ethos advisors Daniel Natsch and Matthew Illias facilitated a five-year fixed-rate loan at 66% loan-to-value (LTV) through a life insurance company.

Recently, Eastport Plaza faced a vacancy challenge when several tenants exited, leaving 43,000 square feet unoccupied. The new buyers, however, have successfully backfilled the former Joann Fabrics space with a national retailer, leasing 28,000 square feet and restoring the center to 95% occupancy.

In addition to this transaction, Ethos Commercial Advisors secured financing for a 400-lot single-family development in Coos Bay, Oregon. Acting on behalf of an existing client, Natsch and Illias arranged a 24-month, $20,956,750 construction loan with 61% loan-to-cost financing for the first phase of horizontal and vertical development.

These recent transactions highlight Ethos Commercial Advisors’ expertise in structuring strategic financing solutions for retail and residential developments across the region.
