Rosenberg & Estis has promoted Ethan R. Cohen to the role of head of its Appellate Litigation Department, succeeding Jeffrey Turkel who is now special counsel. With extensive experience and expertise in appellate cases, Cohen joined Rosenberg & Estis’ Litigation Department in 2014 and became a member in 2022. He will be responsible for overseeing all matters related to appellate litigation as well as advising companies on high-stakes issues within this area.

Cohen has played an integral part in multiple high profile cases at New York’s highest court including Casey v Whitehouse Estates Inc (2023) and Community Renewal (2020).
