Estate Companies Secures Construction Loan for Midtown Development

TD Bank has granted a $64 million construction loan to The Estate Cos. for their upcoming project in Homestead’s Midtown area. This 20.8-acre property, located at the southeast corner of Southwest 312th Street/Campbell Drive and Northeast 30th Avenue, was purchased by The Estate Cos. from Baptist Health South Florida for $14 million in May with the help of broker James L. Fried from Sandstone Realty Advisors.

The development, known as Soleste Midtown, will begin construction in December and is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2026. It will feature six five-story apartment buildings with a total of 354 garden-style apartments ranging from 676 to 1,131 square feet each.

In addition to residential units, Soleste Midtown will also include approximately43 ,000 square feet of commercial space and provide parking for up to1 ,000 vehicles.The commercial space will be developed and owned by The Midtown Group.
