The first property sold was 8503 S. Drexel Avenue which features 12 units built in 1928 including nine one-bedroom/one-bath units and three two-bedroom/one-bath units. The second property sold was located at 9401 S. Ashland Avenue with a total of 34 units built in1930 including twelve studio apartments , sixteen one-bedroom/one-bath apartments ,and six commercial spaces.
