### Essex Realty Group Brokers $9M Sale of Sauk Village Apartment Complex
Essex Realty Group has successfully negotiated the sale of a ten-building multifamily portfolio comprising 180 units. The portfolio was sold for $9 million, equating to $50,000 per unit.
Situated at 2610 Marigold Dr. in Chicago’s southern suburb of Sauk Village, the property includes a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Additionally, tenants benefit from common area laundry facilities and on-site parking.
The transaction was facilitated by Essex Realty Group’s team, which included Michael Anguiano, Robert Berman, Jeremy DeMarco, Daniel Shabsin, and Joe Kahlhammer, representing the private seller. According to Anguiano, the out-of-state buyer was drawn to the portfolio due to its scale and their previous success with nearby multifamily projects.
