Boutique nail salon Queens of Queens has signed a 10-year lease agreement with Delancey Street Associates for a 1,390-square-foot space at 200 Broome Street, adjacent to the entrance of One Essex Crossing. The joint venture between Taconic Partners, L+M Development Partners, BFC Partners and Prusik Group & Urban Investment Group within Goldman Sachs Asset Management executed the lease.
Queens of Queens was first opened in 2020 by Yuk Yu Ng in Hell’s Kitchen and this will be its second location. This new boutique nail salon is sure to be an exciting addition to the mixed use development at One Essex Crossing!
