The properties at 1401 W 80th and 7955 S Paulina were both acquired by a private investor from within the community for $1.6 million.
1401 W 80th consisted of eleven two-bedroom units and two studios while 7955 S Paulina featured three three-bedroom units along with ten two-bedroom units and two one-bedroom units. At time of sale both buildings were fully occupied. Through targeted marketing efforts that included over twelve property tours conducted by Essex’s team members themselves resulted in multiple competitive offers being made on these properties.
