Ship Essential, a retail and e-commerce fulfillment firm, has signed a lease for 20,070 square feet on the fifth floor of Liberty Bklyn in Sunset Park Brooklyn. Madison Capital and Salmar Properties are the landlords of this 1.3 million-square-foot industrial and office complex.
