Marcus & Millichap recently completed the sale of North County Oral & Facial Surgery Center, a 11,400-square-foot single-tenant medical/surgery office located at 839 E. Grand Ave in Escondido. The property was sold for $6,150,000.
According to Ryan Gonzales from Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar office who served as first VP investments on the deal stated that the property was owned by a partnership looking to monetize and invest separately. After being widely marketed, multiple offers were received and ultimately accepted by buyers planning to use it as their flagship location for an advanced dental and maxiofacial surgery center.
Gonzales represented both parties in this transaction with Conor Brennan from Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Downtown office providing additional support for the seller. According to Marcus & Millichap representatives,the ambulatory surgery center is JCAHO-compliant making it one of North San Diego County’s largest private surgery centers.
