"Escondido Logistics Center's RPG Project Reaches $60M Completion"

RAF Pacifica Group (RPG) has recently finished the construction of Escondido Logistics Center, a two-building industrial complex in Escondido Technology Park. The project cost $60 million and spans 147,054 square feet.

According to RPG president Adam Robinson, their company has been a leader in San Diego’s industrial market for over ten years and has developed more than 1.5 million square feet of space. They currently own over four million square feet in the area and completing Escondido Logistics Center showcases their expertise and focus on this specific market.

The center is strategically located along Interstate 15 and consists of two freestanding buildings – one with approximately 88,000 square feet and another with around 58,000 square feet. Upon completion of the project, the larger building was sold to the San Diego Water Authority.

Colliers International represented the San Diego Water Authority during this transaction while Aric Stark and Drew Dodds from Cushman & Wakefield are currently marketing for lease or sale opportunities for the second building with an area of about 58,000-square-feet.
