**Ernst & Young Relocates to Atlanta High-Rise in Spring Quarter**

Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) has announced plans to relocate its Atlanta office to Ten Twenty Spring, a 525,000-square-foot, Class-A office tower situated in the heart of the Spring Quarter development.

The professional services firm will transition from its current 110,000-square-foot location in Downtown Atlanta to occupy floors 14 through 16 at Ten Twenty Spring. The new space is designed to support approximately 3,000 Atlanta-based employees. The anticipated move-in date is August 2026.

EY was represented in the lease transaction by Glenn Dyke of CBRE. The building’s landlord was represented by Glenn Kolker, Preston Menning, and Malik Leaphart of Stream Realty Partners.

Ten Twenty Spring offers a range of modern amenities including a coworking lounge, pedestrian-friendly walkways, lush gardens, and various retail and dining options.

Spring Quarter also features Sora, a 370-unit luxury residential tower equipped with amenities such as coworking lounges, a pet spa, swimming pool, rooftop sky lounge with city views, multiple fitness facilities, a climbing wall, and a golf simulator.

This relocation marks a significant step in EY’s continued growth in the Atlanta market while reinforcing its commitment to creating a dynamic and flexible work environment for its teams.
