ERMCO Expands Infrastructure with Wisconsin Facility Acquisition
Electric Research and Manufacturing Cooperative, Inc. (ERMCO), a U.S.-based manufacturer of transformers and power solutions, has acquired a 158,000-square-foot facility at Bristol Business Park in Bristol, Wisconsin.
The transaction was facilitated by Cushman & Wakefield, with brokers Sean Kropke and Keith Puritz representing ERMCO. The company began leasing the facility in May 2024 to begin preparations for full operational use and officially commenced operations in April 2025.
Located in Building 4 of the state-of-the-art Bristol Business Park, the facility offers 32-foot clear heights, 30 expandable dock doors, 215 parking spaces, and 4,000 amps of power. Its strategic location near Interstate 94 and the Illinois-Wisconsin border provides ERMCO with vital access to the greater Midwest region and national markets.
“This acquisition marks a pivotal step in ERMCO’s continued growth and operational excellence,” said Tim Mills, President and CEO of ERMCO. “It enables us to scale our manufacturing capabilities, support local economies, and deliver innovative transformer solutions that meet the evolving demands of modern power grids.”
