**Erland Construction Completes Major Upgrades at Tenacre Country Day School**

Erland Construction, in collaboration with Olson Lewis + Architects and Scalora Consulting Group, has successfully completed a comprehensive series of construction and renovation projects at Tenacre Country Day School in Wellesley, Massachusetts.

Among the key accomplishments was the relocation and extensive revitalization of the historic Appledore building. Originally built in 1880, the 4,120-square-foot structure formerly served as the headmaster’s residence. Following its relocation to a new site on campus, the building has been repurposed to house the school’s Admissions and Development offices.

In the original location of Appledore, Erland constructed a new, purpose-built Design Center. This 9,480-square-foot facility was built into a sloped area of the campus, enhancing the school’s educational infrastructure. Additionally, the team renovated 3,100 square feet of former admissions space to create a modern Learning Hub and Teacher Support Center.

This project marks Erland Construction’s first partnership with Tenacre Country Day School, a private, independent school serving students from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 6.
