Faris Lee Investments has added Eric Ramirez as managing director, bringing more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate to the company. His formidable track record includes investments, leasing, development assistance and corporate negotiations.
Prior to joining Faris Lee, Ramirez served as president of Millenia Commercial Real Estate in Upland where he managed sales, marketing finance operations and project management. Under his leadership the company achieved significant growth while consistently meeting its financial goals.
Throughout his career Mr. Ramirez has worked with a number of national and international companies such as Rockefeller Group LG Electronics McDonald’s Subway Wal-Mart T-Mobile Boost Mobile 7-Eleven AutoZone and Panda Express Restaurants among others . Before venturing into commercial real estate he owned operated a chain of convenience store gas stations in Southern California gaining valuable experience with multifamily net leased retail centers acquiring selling properties with family investors associates .
