"ERFC Relocates Headquarters to Falls Church for Enhanced Operations"

The Educational Employees’ Supplementary Retirement System (ERFC) has announced its relocation to a new headquarters at 3110 Fairview Park in Falls Church, Virginia. The move to the 9,000-square-foot space will provide ERFC with enhanced amenities such as a fitness center and access to walking trails and nearby shops and restaurants in the Mosaic District. JLL’s Project Development Services team will oversee the construction of the office space, led by John Gibb and Cheryl Russ on behalf of ERFC.

According to Gibb, after conducting an analysis of ERFC’s current workflow and office needs, they utilized JLL’s advanced software tools and expert planners to design a more suitable workspace that accommodates flexible work schedules within the organization. This move allows for higher-quality office space with added amenities at a lower annual cost for ERFC.
